We do not accept returns under any circumstance.

Cancellation Policy

• We must receive written notification of cancelation within 72 hours of delivery date for a full refund 
• No refunds will be issued if an order is canceled within 24 hours of delivery date. 
• A 25% refund will be issued for orders canceled with 48 hours notice. 
• For all orders, we ask the invoice to be paid in full at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick up time. If payment is not received and we have contacted you, we will unfortunately  have to cancel your order.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late to pick up and we are unable to contact you, and have not heard from you, you forfeit your order and will not receive a refund.
